CompTIA Project+ validates the skills needed to manage small‑ to medium‑sized IT projects successfully. It is ideal for professionals who coordinate or manage projects as part of their job responsibilities but do not necessarily have formal project management training.
This course covers essential project management concepts such as initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure. You’ll learn to communicate effectively, manage resources, mitigate risks and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
After completing our program you’ll be ready for the Project+ (PK0‑005) exam and prepared to take on roles like project coordinator, project manager or business analyst in IT environments.
