Terms of Use
Acceptance
By accessing Skunkworks Academy websites or public resources, you agree to these terms. Separate commercial, enrolment, instructor, laboratory or partner agreements may apply to paid services and take precedence where they expressly conflict.
Permitted use
You may use public content for personal learning, internal evaluation and lawful professional reference. You may not misrepresent authorship, remove notices, resell content without permission, automate excessive extraction, interfere with the service, or use technical material to access systems without authorisation.
Educational and technical information
Content is provided for education and planning. Technology, security and vendor requirements change. You remain responsible for validating configurations, licences, legal obligations, safety controls and production suitability before implementation.
Cybersecurity and laboratories
Security exercises must be performed only in owned environments, authorised laboratories or systems for which written permission exists. The Academy does not authorise intrusion, credential abuse, surveillance, malware deployment or other unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, original text, graphics, course structures and Academy materials are owned by or licensed to Skunkworks Academy. Vendor names and marks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a vendor does not imply endorsement beyond an expressly documented relationship.
External links and services
External services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, content or practices.
Accounts and paid services
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and comply with applicable service rules. Pricing, cancellations, refunds, lab usage and certification-voucher conditions may be governed by the applicable order, checkout terms or programme agreement.
Availability and limitation
We aim to maintain accurate and available services but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss arising from obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
